                        The family of the Mrs T. just wanted to say thank you all for making what was a difficult day for us that much more bearable. Due to the professionalism, respect and dignity shown by you all, our family and friends felt that my mother got the send off she truly deserved and we thank you for that from the bottom of our hearts.

Andrew from the day we came to see you, we felt that you lifted a whole load from our shoulders by all the things you did arrangements, flowers etc. and by guiding us in the right direction of things that had to be done and we are truly grateful to you.

Mum's policy was if you wanted to say a special thank you, you baked a cake so I am keeping up the tradition and hope that you will all enjoy a slice with a ‘cuppa' and accept our thanks for everything.

Dear Mr Bingham,

On behalf of the family, I would like to say that we were very pleased with all the arrangements for the funeral and for the committal of mother's ashes in the churchyard at Whepsted. The new inscription on the headstone is excellent. My niece Rachel and I were especially appreciative of the way in which your colleagues dealt with us at the time of the removal of Mothers body form Chilton Meadows. Thank you too for making the vintage hearse available, having followed the progress of its restoration it was comforting to see it in use.
