From then until the completion of the funeral you’re caring, help and guidance, not forgetting your infinite patience, did so much to ease the pain and distress of that awful period.

Your care of my wife was outstanding and, at all times we felt she was in safe and capable hands.

Dear Andrew and Team,

You dealt with my father Bill Winters funeral on Monday and I just wanted to write to thank you very much for the excellent service you gave us.

I was particularly impressed with the time and trouble you took prior to the funeral to answer all my questions (even down to what speed we would be travelling at on the A14) You made me feel that everything was being taken care of and all we had to do was attend, a big relief at a time when there is so much to think about and so many emotions making decision making difficult.

The funeral went very well and the general view of the whole family was that we enjoyed the day (I am not sure that you are supposed to enjoy your father’s funeral but I am sure that he would have heartily approved that we did) We will all be able to look back on the day with very positive memories and this was due in no small part to you and your team.
